Marius's greatest passion is to help people understand products. He is fascinated by the psychology of buying decisions and uses this strategically for online and offline customer acquisition. This, coupled with his engineering approach and expertise with modern tools for online marketing, makes it possible for him to potentiate the sales of his companies and partners.
After working as a consultant for many years (MTU, BMW; Toyota, PR, KMPG), he started Spyra GmbH with two partners. Together they developed the world's greatest water gun and launched Germany's most successful Kickstarter campaign in 2018. After scaling his own business, he is now helping other companies with their Crowdfunding campaigns and online sales.

Rory’s experience includes 13 years of delivering communications strategies for both multinational organizations and disruptive startups. He specializes in clear and concise content and helps brands to find their voice.
He is a digital specialist, producing AAA collaterals including pitch decks, websites and white papers. His ad campaigns for both B2C and B2B have included work on Panasonic Toughbook, Leica C-Lux, Bloomberg New Energy and HP Proliant. He was part of the small team that exited Apple app of the year, Hyper, for $25m to Mic.com.
Rory’s intrapreneurial spirit and appreciation of the digital landscape give him a unique, no-nonsense approach to delivering brand messages.

With more than 12 years of experience, Martin developed numerous corporate identities and branding strategies for clients from the telecommunication, banking, insurance and automotive sectors as well as several startups. His work has earned him IF and red dot design awards.
After spending several years in Switzerland at a graphic design studio he returned back to Munich where he worked for other branding agencies till he opened his own studio. He loves to develop identities for new brands and companies from scratch including names, logos, color pallets, font selections along stationary and websites.
